Fantastic stay! Great location if you're skiing Red Mountain. I walked 10 minutes to the lift and lodge each day. Super easy. And the condo is wonderful with a great setting and mountain views. Highly recommended!

This spot comes exactly as described, and is a short 10 minute walk to the mountain. The views of Red mountain are amazing, and the proximity to the town and the mountain is so convenient.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! We found that the location was perfect for access to the ski hill - the walk was quicker was expected and was very doable even with a few toddlers in tow. The house was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is awesome and well equipped. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay - the house is just as nice as in the photos. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Pleasant quiet neighborhood, reasonable walk or very short drive to the ski lifts.

Great house in perfect location. Lots of room for everyone, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Wood burning fire was great. Mud room was excellent. Was a pity saunas was out of order though, Brian tried to help 👍 Had a great stay thanks 🙏

This spot is not ski in ski out to the hill but it couldn’t be closer a 2 min drive max. Brian had lots of nice touches like a record player and board games for my teen kids etc. The place was family friendly and had plenty of room. The sauna was a lil hard to work and didn’t heat up all the way but besides that everything was great. Brian was easy to get in touch with and answer any questions we had.

Serene and beautiful with stunning views, just as pictured, and comfortable for two families with three teens between us to spread out and enjoy but also spend quality time together. While Red Mtn didn’t have enough snow to open for skiing, the neighborhood still offered some fun areas to sled and walk around, and the house itself was lovely to just spend some time in. About an 8-10 minute walk uphill to get to the base, and less than a 10-minute drive to town. We can’t wait to come back and actually ski next time!

The retired designer in me was in heaven — every corner of this place reflected thoughtful detail and genuine care. The space was restful and inspiring in equal measure, and that view… absolutely breathtaking! Brian was quick to respond, kind, and understanding — I felt completely at ease. This stay came at the perfect time and offered exactly the rest and beauty I needed. Highly recommend!

This was one of our favorite AirBnb's in Rossland, very quiet neighborhood, a bit cooler in the summer, Brian was very responsive. Well stocked Kitchen, nice big TV, there is wireless power for phone charging in several locations! It certainly does not feel like a basement suite, it had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!

Unbelievable views of the ski mountain. Private neighborhood, safe, clean, and quiet. This spot was amazing and Brian was a great host! Booked 1 night and ended up staying 2!

Brian’s place was wonderful! Perfect spot to enjoy the new Bike Park at Red Mountain and surrounding trails with easy access down to Rossland for everything else. Will hopefully be back soon!

We had a great stay at Brian's place. I became injured while visiting and therefore spent much more time in his place than planned—beautiful surroundings and comfortable. Brian is a great communicator and was quick to respond to questions.

Brian’s place was private, quiet, and nicely appointed. Modern space and well laid out apartment. Kitchen was well stocked, couch was very comfy, and the king bed was a nice bonus. The views of the mountain were beautiful! We would definitely come back on our next visit to Red!

Logement propre et bien situé près de la montagne. Correspond à ce qu’on voit sur les photos, très spacieux pour 2 personnes. Par contre, logement bruyant, vous n’étendrez pas de bruits de véhicules, mais il y a une grande maison au dessus pouvant accueillir plusieurs personnes et on entend beaucoup les gens marcher et parler au dessus. Donc si vous êtes sensible au bruit, ce n’est peut-être pas la meilleure option.

We had the best time at RED Mountain! The house is beautiful and extremely close to everything. Skiing was great and the sauna was so nice to relax in after a long day on the mountain.

Book this place!!! We absolutely loved our stay near Red Mountain Resort. The place was clean, bright, and had everything you might need for a ski get away. We loved the fact that we could easily walk to Red Mountain to enjoy a day on the slopes. We also loved getting to use the Sauna!

Brian is a wonderful host, we came in during a storm and Brian had had the driveway cleared right away and made sure he had everything we needed for our stay and more. It's the ideal location, close the red mountain resort but while still feeling right at home. We can't wait to experience summer in Rossland. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Brian and Sarah went up and beyond hosting us. Brian even came and kept the driveway clean from snow the next day, even though we weren't there. Very kind and highly communicative hosts. The cottage is one of the best airbnbs we ever got to stay, and, the surrounding and its surrounding is like fairy wonderland. We will be revisiting again and again when we are near Rossland/Kootney. We highly recommend Brian/ Sarah place.

We enjoyed our stay up. The basement suite was new, clean and bright. Above all, the location is fantastic for any mountain adventurers. Biking, skiing, hiking and disc golf are all just a few minutes from the front door.

We had an amazing time here! The scenery is absolutely stunning, and we were completely captivated by it. The house had everything we needed, making us feel cozy and at home. We especially enjoyed listening to music while watching the snow fall outside the window, and then warming up by the fireplace; it was an unparalleled feeling. We're grateful to the host for providing such a wonderful stay experience and look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful stay. The place was as described/pictured, with well appointed kitchen and lots of attention to the little things that make a stay much easier and more enjoyable. It was an easy walk to Red. Sarah was super responsive to questions and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

Like staying at a (high end) friend's place-- where they've thought through everything to make your stay perfect. Gorgeous house-- great amenities and superbly stocked kitchen items. Sarah and Brian have really thought things through. Walkable to the ski hill if you're into that thing. Even more walkable downhill back to the house at the end of the day. Supremely comfortable and welcoming all day long for the Mom Who Does Not Ski. (What an quiet oasis once everyone tromped out the door.) Everyone loved the sauna and the record collection (and turntable) was a great move-- what a fun idea. BRAVO!
